About Noocoon

Smart Home Team GmbH is a dynamically growing electrical and software company specializing in building automation with locations in Rostock, Hamburg and Berlin.

Since 2018, our newly formed team has been driving the digitization of the electrical trade with the aim of significantly simplifying the planning and implementation of building automation projects: under the Noocoon brand, digital planning tools are available for end customers and professionals for time- and cost-efficient implementation of complex projects projects developed.

Our overarching goal is to offer our customers a climate-neutral everyday life by installing the latest technology. Automated control and management of energy generation and consumption is crucial for reducing a building's carbon footprint. Only intelligent distribution to the end consumer (e.g. e-car, light and heating) makes use of the full potential of decentralized renewable energy generation and is a prerequisite for participation in local energy communities - the future of the energy markets.

Your main tasks:

  • new customer acquisition
  • Sale of our software product Noocoon Expert
  • Responsibility for a separate sales area
  • Processing of customer inquiries in pre- and after-sales
  • Further development and support of the target groups and multipliers
  • Preparing and conducting presentations at trade fairs, events, as well as for customers and partners
  • Planning, conclusion and control of target agreements

Your qualification:

  • Several years of professional experience in field service in the field of commercial customers
  • Independent and goal-oriented way of working with a high degree of commitment and willingness to learn
  • You have a driver's license and live in the sales region
  • We value a well-groomed appearance, a natural appearance, customer orientation and commitment
  • Passion, fun in success and heart for the sale of smart topics round off your profile

An advantage, but not a requirement:

  • Experience in the field of Smart Home or building automation, preferably with relevant market knowledge in the energy sector
  • Practical experience in the electrical trade / IT
